How we work with buyers, suppliers and manufacturers.

Pick the route that fits. Each one sets out what to send us and what happens after you do.

For buyers

Sourcing a product for the UK or for export.

Pharmacy groups, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics and export buyers send us what they need; we look for it across the manufacturers and wholesalers we buy from.

What to send

  • Product name, strength, form and pack size
  • Quantity, and whether it is a one-off or recurring need
  • Where it is going: UK or the export destination
  • The date you need it by, and a target price if you have one

What happens next

  1. We check whether we can source it, and at what price
  2. You get availability and a price, or a clear no
  3. Before a first order we ask for your licence or registration details

For suppliers

Offering stock to the trade.

Manufacturers and wholesalers with surplus, short-dated or parallel-import stock: send us the offer first. A spreadsheet or price list is fine.

Email an offer

What to send

  • Product, strength, pack size and quantity available
  • Expiry dates and batch details where you have them
  • Your price, and any minimum order quantity
  • Where the stock is, and when it can move

What happens next

  1. We read every offer against current buyer demand
  2. If we can place it, we come back to you with an offer
  3. New suppliers are asked for licence and company details before trading

For manufacturers

Bringing a product to the UK market.

For manufacturers new to the UK: a sales route to UK buyers, with help working through the regulatory steps that come with it.

How UK market entry works

What to send

  • The product: active ingredient, strength, form and pack
  • Its current regulatory position and the markets it already supplies
  • Expected volumes and the commercial model you have in mind
  • Your timing for the UK

What happens next

  1. A first conversation about where the product stands today
  2. Our view of the UK opportunity and the steps involved
  3. If both sides want to proceed, an agreed plan for the sales and regulatory route

Not sure which route fits?

Email us what you have or what you need, and we will point you the right way.
